Does my device need a specific port to work with an Arzopa monitor?
Our monitors are compatible with most devices via USB-C (DisplayPort Alt Mode) or Mini-HDMI. For a single-cable setup, ensure your device's USB-C port supports video output and power delivery.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and tracking information will be emailed as soon as the package departs.

Do Arzopa monitors require an internal battery?
Most of our standard models do not have an internal battery and are powered directly by your laptop or an external power bank via USB-C. However, we do offer specific 'B' series models that include built-in batteries.
